Ingredients For ACHARI ALOO PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Mix salt, carom seeds,onion seeds, and clarified butter in the flour.
  • 2. Add little water and make a soft dough with specified ingredients.
  • 3. Cover it with moist cloth and keep aside 15 minutes.
  • 4. Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker.
  • 5. Cool the potatoes and mash them well.
  • 6. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, achar ka masala, green chillies, , coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
  • 7. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
  • 8. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  • 9. Flatten the balls into thick round shape paratha.
  • 10. Grease the pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
  • 11. Achari aloo Paratha is ready to eat.
  • 12. Serve garma garam parathas with green chutney and curd.
