Ingredients

Ingredients For ACHARI ALOO PARCELS.

Methods
  • 1. Take 4 boiled potatoes and chop it into pieces. Do not remove the skin.
  • 2. Fry the potatoes in sauce pan.
  • 3. Heat some sesame seeds in a pan with nigella seeds, fennel, cumin seeds, broken red chillies, asafedita, turmeric powder and green chillies.
  • 4. Add the boiled and fried potatoes in the pan.
  • 5. After the spices are cooked add some tamarind chutney with chaat masala, fresh coriander and salt in it.
  • 6. Mash them a little bit.
  • 7. Take 1 cup of besan then add salt , pinch of asafedita and chilly powder.
  • 8. Add water to the above mixture to prepare a thin batter.
  • 9. Take a chapati put some potatoes you prepared before and then pack it like an envelope.
  • 10. Close it from every side and dip it in the batter and deep fry.
