Methods
  • 1. Take one big vessel, add the ghee,udad flour, roast it on medium flame.
  • 2. Roast urad dal flour for 45 minutes, aata will be turn into golden brown, then add the edible gum, cardamom powder mix well.
  • 3. Next add the milk, dry fruits, coconut powder, mix well.
  • 4. Now take another vessel, add sugar and water make sugar syrup.
  • 5. Now time to add the sugar syrup mix well.
  • 6. When ghee start getting separate then transfer the mixture into the tray, sprinkle coconut slice.
  • 7. Cut into desired shape,adadiya pak is set after 6 hours.
