If u want u can soak all the Dal's an rice overnight then next day grind it wth dry red chilli , semolina,curds into fine paste . Make the batter into medium consistency

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast all the Dal's & rice & dry red chilli one by one an keep it too cool
  • 2. Then grind ll the Dal's, rice, semolina ,dry red chilli into fine powder
  • 3. Then remove it in a bowl, add salt, soda, curds,ragi powder an water an mix well so that no lumps r found
  • 4. Cover for about 15mins , then add chopped coriander leaves, onions , an mix well
  • 5. Then on the pan an take a spatula put the 1 big spoon 🥄 of batter an spread like dosa, serve with chutney
