Ingredients For Aloo Baingan Masala Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds and onion in it. Cook for few minutes.
  • 3. Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and kitchen masala in it and cook til they get tender.
  • 4. Now add potatoes and eggplant in it and saute for few minutes.
  • 5. Then add water in it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • 6. Switch off the flame and transfer it in a serving bowl. Serve with Indian bread.
