Ingredients For Aloo Bajra ki pakodi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the potatoes and chop them then wash for 2 times then put out them in a bowl.
  • 2. Add Bajra flour , rice flour and all spices into the potatoes then mix well.
  • 3. Add some water and make it a paste.
  • 4. Put pan on the stove and open the flame at high flame add oil into it and then make the oil hot and then put the pakodi paste one by one.
  • 5. Then fry them on mideam to high until they will get golden - brown colour.
  • 6. Then take them out of the pan and then serve.
