Ingredients For Aloo Finger (Fryums) Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and smash the potatoes and finely chop onions, tomatoes and green coriander leaves and keep aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl take mashed potatoes. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green coriander leaves. Also add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all well. Stuffing is ready.
  • 3. Now take one finger and gently fill the prepared stuffing in it. Make sure you don't break it. Roll both the sides of the stuffed finger in sev and keep in a plate. Similarly stuff all the fingers and roll in sev and keep in plate. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
  • 4. Place curd, green chutney and tamarind dates chutney on one side of the plate. Serve immediately ... Enjoyy !!
