Ingredients For Apple Jalebi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl and add maida in it.
  • 2. Add in the cornflour and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Now add sugar and make a semi thick batter by adding milk as required.
  • 4. Add Baking soda and Whisk well till smooth. Keep aside
  • 5. In a deep flat bottom pan or wok. Add ghee and heat it up on medium high flame.
  • 6. Take a pan and add sugar and water, let them boil.
  • 7. add the lemon drops to avoid crystallization. Add in the saffron and boil till one string consistency.
  • 8. Wash the apples properly and slice then into half centimeter rounds.
  • 9. Dip them into prepared batter and deep fry till crisp and golden brwon on medium flame.
  • 10. Take out and give it a quick dip into sugar syrup and then place on wire rack.
  • 11. Serve immediately and enjoy.
