Ingredients For Baigan ka Bharata Punjabi Style Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grease the Baigan with oil, Roast it directly on the flame on medium flame or chulha. Let it cool. Remove it’s skin.
  • 2. Chop the vegetables.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped onion, saute it for few minutes. Add garlic and green chilli. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add chopped tomatoes. Mix it . Cook until it becomes soft.
  • 5. Add all the spices. Add roasted baigan. Mix it well. Cook on medium-high flame . Stir continuously. When oil starts releasing turn off the flame.
  • 6. Mix coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati or Paratha.
