If you don't have green garlic you may use regular garlic also. If you are Jain or Swaminarayan avoid garlic.

Ingredients For Bajara Chamchamiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and green garlic in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add bajara flour, curd and water.
  • 3. Add salt, fruit salt, 1.5 spoon sesame seeds and Carom seeds.
  • 4. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Make batter like dosa.
  • 5. Give rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 6. After heat regular pan or Greel pan. Apply ghee and sprinkle some sessame seeds.
  • 7. Pour leddle full batter on it and again apply ghee and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • 8. Roast it both side properly.
  • 9. Our Chamchamiya is ready. Enjoy..
