  • 1. Firstly, get ready all d ingredients like-: boil n mash potatoes , finely chop onions, grate raw mango ,make ginger garlic Chilli paste. Take a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, mix well, here we don't use any water to make the dough cz bajri flour is itself so sensitive to bind.
  • 2. Potatoes onions from mango helps it to bind all the ingredients. Mix all together and make cutlets as per the shape you like. Place of pan on gas stove add oil and heat it, nau shallow fry all the cutlets and served with raw mango coriander chutney, it taste so tangy and delicious 😋.
  • 3. Friends please try this unique and my new innovative recipe once. It tastes so yummilicious
