Ingredients For Bajre ke rotle ki churi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly knead the dough of bajre ki roti ,with bajra flour ,water and salt
  • 2. Now make the roti with ur palms and make it on hot tava of mud,apply water on one sidw
  • 3. Turn it on other side,as it rises it's done
  • 4. Now cut this ROTLA with scissor into very small pieces,in a bowl and mix it with ghee and jaggery into a very fine mixture with hands
  • 5. Now in a bowl arrange banana slices and chiku chopped as first layer
  • 6. Then add this bajre ke roti ki churi mixture as second layer
  • 7. Now arrange the third layer of banana slices and chiku chopped drizzle condensed milk 3 tbsp on it
  • 8. Now add few gems on it
  • 9. Now again put the bajre ki churi mixture as fourth layer and press all well
  • 10. Now the last 5 th layer of banana slices,chopped chikku and gems drizzle 4 tbsp condensed milk on it
  • 11. Now unmould this bowl in serving plate pour condensed milk on it with few gems and serve it
