Ingredients For Baked Dudh Puli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First make a fine snd soft dough with hot water and rice flour. Keep a side .
  • 2. Now In other pan add grated coconut, dry fruits. Fry rosted them. Now add khajur gur in it . Now all ingredients mix well . Make a thick paste of it . Turn of the gas . Stuffing is ready .
  • 3. Now in a pan add milk ,milkmaid , cardamom powder. Make a thick milk. Now Add jaggery and little greated coconut . Make a thick milk .
  • 4. Now for the rice puli, take some rice dough ,make a thin roti with hand. Now put some dry fruits and coconut stuffing. Close it as s puli .
  • 5. Now take two earthen bowl ( মাটির বাটি) put some thicken milk ,2-3 puli in it . Now take a big khadi. Add salt in it . cover it gor 10 minutes in high flame.Now put the bowl in it . cover it for 15 minutes in slow flame. Your baked dudh puli is ready .
