Ingredients For Bathua ka Raita Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean bathua leaves. Wash it properly.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add curd . Whisk it well. Keep it in refrigerator .
  • 3. Take a sauce pan add 1/2 cup water and bathua leaves. Boil it for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool.
  • 4. In a mixture jar blend it to make paste.
  • 5. In curd add bathua paste and rest of the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 6. Keep this raita in refrigerator. Serve with chapati or parathas.
