Ingredients For Beans Carrot Cabbage Poriyal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Parboil the Carrot, Beans & Cabbage in salted Water. In a kadai heat oil & temper with mustard seeds split urad dal curry leaves given.
  • 2. Add onion & saute till translucent. Add green chillies & give a good stir.
  • 3. Add the cooked veggies, salt & coconut & cook till they are completely done.
