Beets contain a high concentration of nitrates, which have a blood pressure-lowering effect. This may lead to a reduced risk of heart attacks, heart failure and stroke.

Peel and mash the potatoes, add salt, spring onion, methi, coriander and green chillies and grind the rice and mix.

Then add the bread powder, now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions and fry them then add ajwain,kalongi and gram flour.

Then add grated beetroot, salt, turmeric, garam masala, and schezwan sauce to fry

Now take the rice and potato spices in hand and put a mixture of beetroot and put them on the cornflour
5.
Now heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry and serve with the sauce
