Methods
  • 1. Wash the potatoes nicely, peel them and grate them. Soak in water.
  • 2. Rinse them thoroughly and patt it with a cotton cloth so that there is no water left.
  • 3. Hear the ghee and fry the potatoes till golden brown and crispy.
  • 4. Fry the curry leaves as well.
  • 5. Now take everything in a bowl and mix.
  • 6. A very delicious and munchy snack is ready.
