Methods

How to make Besan Chilla Recipe

1. Take a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour and some water. Mix it well.
2. Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well. Make lump free batter. Batter should be thick but in pouring consistency.
3. Keep it aside for 10-20 minutes.
4. Heat pan, grease it with oil. Spread some batter.
5. Sprinkle oil . Cook on low medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve it with sauce or chutney.
