Ingredients For Besan Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour and some water. Mix it well.
  • 2. Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well. Make lump free batter. Batter should be thick but in pouring consistency.
  • 3. Keep it aside for 10-20 minutes.
  • 4. Heat pan, grease it with oil. Spread some batter.
  • 5. Sprinkle oil . Cook on low medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 6. Serve it with sauce or chutney.
