Ingredients For Betel leaf squash recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and clean betel leaves.
  • 2. Take out stem of betel leaves.
  • 3. Cut into small pieces.
  • 4. Put betel leaves, rose petal jam, green cardamom, fenel, dedicated coconut in a jar for grinding.
  • 5. Put sugar in a saucepan with 1/2 cup water for syrup.
  • 6. Boil sugar and water till becomes little bit sticky.
  • 7. Add betel leaves paste in the syrup and continuously stir the liquid for 5 minutes on a flame.
  • 8. Add colour and lemon juice in the mixture and boil it for a minute.
  • 9. Off the gas. Let it be cool.
  • 10. Strain the liquid with a fine white clean cloth
  • 11. Serve in a small glass adding ice cubes
