Methods
  • 1. In a pan heat oil and add peanut. Roast till becomes golden and crunchy. Now add mustard, cumins and curry leaves, saute for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Now add puffed rice (Murmura) in it. Mix well.
  • 3. Allow to cool. Now add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • 4. Bhadang (Murmura Namkeen) is ready.
