Bharwaaan Shimla Mirch Chaat Recipe

Chaats come in varied forms and this one is my favorite. It's healthy and yummy. In this recipe small bell peppers are used to stuff an amazing filling and then toped with some tempered curd. Do try this recipe and I'm sure this will be your new Chaat favorite. Detailed video recipe link given.

Ingredients For Bharwaaan Shimla Mirch Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the capsicums and slice the top part and remove the seeds without cutting it
  • 2. Make the filling by adding the Bhujia swv,chopped onion and coriander leaves and add dry spice powder as per your tatse
  • 3. Fill this stuffing in the Capsicum and put the top part back and seal the Capsicum with the thread
  • 4. In a kadai heat oil and shallow fry the Capsicums till they fry from all the sides. Keep turning in between
  • 5. Now remove the capsiums and remove the threads and cut the Capsicum into 2.
  • 6. Arrange the Capsicums in the serving dish
  • 7. Now prepare the temparing
  • 8. Take the curd and whisk it.To add the cumin and coriander pwdr. Add salt as per taste.
  • 9. Heat 1 tsp Oil and add cumin n Mustard seeds and curry leaves.let them splutter
  • 10. Add 1 tsp Red chilli pwdr and mix
  • 11. Add this tempering over the curd
  • 12. Now add this curd over the Capsicum and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves
  • 13. Serve immediately.Enjoy
