Ingredients For Boondi Raita Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1½ bowl boondi into a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add 1 bowl curd, and little water to it.
  • 3. Add 1 tsp chill powder, salt as per taste, ¼tsp sugar.
  • 4. Now for tadka- add oil to the pan let it heat and then add cumin, turmeric powder,curry leaves and hing.
  • 5. Pour that tadka on the mixer of boondi.
  • 6. Mix it well.
  • 7. Garnish it with pudina leaves.
  • 8. Tasty boondi raita is ready to eat.
