Ingredients For Bottle Gourd Pakode Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the gourd and grate it. Squeeze out its water.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl, add grated bottle gourd. Now mix all the spices , baking soda and gram flour, do not add water in it at all.
  • 3. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the pakoras on a slow medium flame till they become golden crisp.
  • 4. Hot pakoras are ready, serve it with sauce.
