Ingredients For Bottle Gourd Raita Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add sugar and Dahi. Whisk it well. Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 2. Give one boil to the grated bottle gourd with water. Strain it with strainer. Let it cool.
  • 3. Add bottle gourd and rest of the ingredients into Dahi. Mix it well.
  • 4. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve with pulav/ rice / Paratha.
