Ingredients For Brown rice Bhuga Chawal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a heavy bottom pan add ghee and whole spices
  • 2. Let them crackle then add sliced onions and cook them till they turn brown in colour
  • 3. Add powdered spices and salt and mix well
  • 4. Add soaked and drained brown rice and mix well
  • 5. Lastly add water mix well check the seasonings and let it boil
  • 6. When boils simmer it on cook it covered for 15 to 20 mins or till done
  • 7. Serve with dal fry
