Ingredients For Brown Rice Khichdi

Methods
  • 1. Soak Chana Dal In Water and Leave it For 2-3 Hours
  • 2. In one Pressure Cooker Add One Big Spoon of Olive oil
  • 3. Add Jeera and chopped Onions And Saute Till Pink-Brownish in Colour
  • 4. Drain the chana dal and add it in the pressure cooker
  • 5. Add Veggies (optional) and Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • 6. Add Salt, Chillies and Two Cups of water
  • 7. When water boils and all veggies get mixed up properly Add brown Rise in the cooker
  • 8. Cook For 5 Minutes and Turn off the gas and place lid over the cooker
  • 9. After 5 Minutes. your Brown Rice Khichdi Is Ready To Eat!
