Methods
  • 1. Heat a kadai pour oil put bhindi pieces fry for 1 minutes.
  • 2. Once it turns brown colour take it out.
  • 3. In the same pan put cumin ,mustard seeds once it splutters, then add onion paste, and saute..
  • 4. Mean while take a blender put chana dal, red chilli, cumin, and pour in some water to grind into a paste. It gives thickness to the curry.
  • 5. Once onion turns translucent in colour then add ginger garlic paste, fry well then add turmeric let it cook.
  • 6. Then add the coarsely blended paste ,fried bhindi pieces, pour coconut milk add salt as per taste, chilli powder,garam masala and cook for 2 to 4 minutes
  • 7. Once oil is floating on top of the curry, it means its ready take a plate pour bhindi coconut curry serve with roti.
