Ingredients For Brown rice masala dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak brown rice and lentils for 5 hours.
  • 2. Grind them into fine bater and keep this bater aside for around 8 hours for fermentation.
  • 3. Boil potatoes ,peel and mash them. Cut onion slices
  • 4. Take a pan, put some oil , add mustard seeds and curry leaves when oil becomes hot.
  • 5. Add onions ,saute them.
  • 6. Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and red chilly Powder and mix them well.
  • 7. Add mashed potatoes and mix them well.
  • 8. Check the bater consistency . It should not be thick.
  • 9. Thake a non stick tawa , sprinkle water and wipe it .
  • 10. Put the bater on tawa and spread it .
  • 11. Put a spoon of oil on it and let it cook from one side.
  • 12. Put potatoes masala inside the dosa.
  • 13. Fold the dosa.
  • 14. Serve it hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
