Methods
  • 1. Boil the chickpea and peas and keep aside.
  • 2. Cook the brown rice and strain it.
  • 3. In a pan, add ghee. Add the raisins, boiled chickpea and peas. Then add the brown rice.
  • 4. Add garam masala and salt
  • 5. Give a thorough mix and serve with raita.
