Ingredients For Carom Seeds Flavoured Lachcha Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pot, add all ingredients,mix well and by gradually adding water, knead a semi-soft dough.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal portions of balls.
  • 3. Roll thin chapati from all dough balls and cut strips of chapati and assemble all strips along with one another strips and make a swirl ball.
  • 4. Now roll strip ball with light-handed and give a shape of chapati.
  • 5. Heat pan or tava.
  • 6. Place Lachcha Paratha and apply Oil/ghee and cook it from both sides on medium flame until it becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • 7. Carom Seeds Flavoured Lachcha Paratha is ready to serve with fried veggies,curd or any desired chutney.
