Ingredients For Carrot N Walnut Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop walnuts in small pieces and mix with 1 tbsp flour.
  • 2. Grind sugar and cinnamon together into a fine powder.
  • 3. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla.
  • 4. Mix well with a wired whisker.
  • 5. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt in flour.
  • 6. Mix well with spoon.
  • 7. Add sugar powder, grated carrot and milk egg mixture.
  • 8. Mix until combined and make a semi thick lump free batter.
  • 9. Add half of the walnuts.
  • 10. Transfer the batter in the greased pan, sprinkle remaining walnuts.
  • 11. Bake at 200℃ for 35-37 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 12. Once the cake has cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
