Take the jar, add ginger, green chillies, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside.

Take the cashews, cut in half pieces vertically. Keep aside.

After take a bowl, add ghee, baking soda, salt, beat well. Then, add besan flour, ginger green chillies paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cashews, mix it well. Then, add sufficient water, make it pakoda batter. Keep aside. It smells superb.

After, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil for deep frying, take dat dough make it balls, dip in oil , deep fry it both sides. It becomes golden brown color. Then, switch off the flame. Take it in absorbent paper. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍.
