Ingredients For Chaap nuggets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take out the chaap from sticks and cut in pieces and wash properly.
  • 2. Take 200 gm of hung curd add all dry spices ,lemon juice and grated garlic of 7-8 cloves. Add pieces of chaap in this marination . Coat all chop well.
  • 3. Cover the marination bowl for at least half an hour. In frinde keep it.
  • 4. Take remaining curd and remaining crushed garlic and salt. Mix it well. Dip is ready . Keep it fringe
  • 5. Take a chaap sticks fry them in smoked hot oil in medium flame. Take out in plates
  • 6. If u r using tandoor than only brush it with oil and place in preheat tandoor for 20 mins till colour changes
  • 7. Take a plate place chaap pieces with curd dip. Sprinkle coriander leaves on dip and on chaap. Serve hot
