Ingredients For Chamchamiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix together everything except ghee in a bowl. Rest for 10 min.
  • 2. Heat a tawa. Grease with ghee.
  • 3. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Drop a ladle full of batter over sesame seeds.
  • 4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over it and smear ghee. Cover & cook.
  • 5. Once top looks cooked turn it over and cook other side too. Serve hot with chutney or as it is.
