Ingredients For Chana sundal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak kabuli chana in water for about 8 hours
  • 2. Remove access water. Transfer it to a pressure cooker.
  • 3. Pressure cook it. Add salt and water while cooking.
  • 4. Add oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and dry red chillies.
  • 5. Now add udad daal and saute on a slow flame till dall changes colour.
  • 6. Now add boiled chana. Keep stirring on slow flame for about 4-5 minutes.
  • 7. Add freshly grated coconut while serving.
