Methods
  • 1. For the dough:- Sabse pahele ek bowl mai plain flour lenge and then usmai ajwain salt or 2 spoon oil mila kar acche se mila lenge.
  • 2. Uske baad thoda thoda pani dalte hue samose ke liye normal rotiyooo jaisa aata tayaar kare.
  • 3. Ar usse cover kar ke 20-25 minutes tak rest karne de.
  • 4. For the filling:- Sabse pahele ek bowl mai mozeralla chesse, Jalapeno, salt, crushed black paper ar cheese spread ko mila kr halke haath se acche se mash kr lenge.
  • 5. For making samosa: Sabse pahele male hue aate mai se roti jaisa ek peda bana kar lenge phir use flatter par rakh kar rolliing pin ki madam se acche se gool aakar ka bel lenge.
  • 6. Uske baad uss gol aakar ki poori mai se ek semi circle cut karenge ar uske sides par halka halka pani laga kr usko triangle shape denge.
  • 7. Ab usmai cheese jalapeno ki filling ko rakh kr usko sela kr denge acche se. Ab ek kadhaai garam karenge gas par ar usmai oil daal denge.
  • 8. Oil garam hone par ek ek karke in samoso ko lite golden brown hone tak tal lenge. Grama Garam samose ban kar tayaar hai inkohalka sa thanda hone par pudine ar dhaniye ki chtuney ke saath serve kare.
