Ingredients For Cheesy Corn Spinach Rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Ferment yeast in luke warm water & sugar for 10 minutes. Knead a soft dough by mixing flour, makai ka atta and salt. Rest this dough for 1.5 hours.
  • 2. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it. Add ginger & garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add roughly chopped spinach to it. Saute 1 minute and add boiled corn kernels along with salt, oregano and chilli flakes.
  • 3. Once the dough is doubled in size divide it into 2 parts. Roll it out medium thick. Spread butter evenly on the base along with pizza pasta sauce.
  • 4. On one end spread the spinach corn filling. Spread grated cheese on top. Roll it like a frankie tightly. Cut into equal roundels and place in a greased cake mould.
  • 5. Brush the top with milk. Fill the mould with rolls and bake at 190 degree for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve this hot new version of sarso ka saag and watch kings 11 punjab rule this season. Enjoy.
