1.
In a bowl, take curd, add baking powder, baking soda. Mix well and leave this for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add all purpose flour, oil and salt. Make a dough.

Now roll out the dough. Make some holes with forks.

In an another bowl, mix chopped garlic, red chilly flakes and oregano in melted butter. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and prepare balls.

Roll the dough Into a slightly thick round like a chapati. Apply garlic butter on all over and add grated cheese on one half.

Smear water baking on the edge of the bread and make it like a half moon. Gently seal the end.
6.
Make cut on the stuffed garlic bread with the help of knife without cutting all the way through. Top up with more garlic butter and sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano.
7.
Preheat the pan and keep the garlic bread on it. Allow the bake for 10-12 minutes on 180°. Afer 12 minutes remove from oven and serve.
