Ingredients For Chilli Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take salt, cornflour, red chilli powder, mix into the paneer add some water and mix it well coat the paneer with it.
  • 2. Heat oil into the pan and fry paneer till golden brown. Keep it aside.
  • 3. Again heat a pan put 2 tbsp of oil and add ginger garlic paste, capsicum, green chilli and salt saute it well.
  • 4. Now add soya sauce , tomato sauce and mix it well.
  • 5. Now pour some water and mix well. Add red chilli sauce and vinegar now give it a good mix.
  • 6. Add fried paneer and saute it well.
  • 7. Now add salt and cornflour mixture and saute it well.
  • 8. Sprinkle some spring onions to garnish.
