Ingredients For CHOCOLATE RAVA WHEEL SANDESH RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Mix sooji rava with the curd in a bowl and keep it side by covering it with a plate for 15 mins.
  • 2. Take chocolate in a bowl and keep it in another bowl, filled with water and heat it.
  • 3. In this process the chocolate begins to melt.
  • 4. Make a tube like structure with a thick pichboard type paper and pour the melted chocolate into the paper made tube
  • 5. Place the chocolate filled paper tube in the deep fridge for 12 mins.
  • 6. Now add water and sugar with curd and sooji rava and mix well .
  • 7. Then add baking soda and mix well and the batter is ready.
  • 8. Now heat the Idly maker and pour some water and then add ghee into two steel glasses.
  • 9. Pour some batt3r into the glasses and then take out the chocolate from the fridge.
  • 10. Remove the paper skin and take out the rod shaped chocolate and place it in the middle of each glasses
  • 11. Then pour the remaining batter inside the glasses, so that chocolate remains in the middle.
  • 12. Place the glasses inside the Idly maker and close the lid.
  • 13. After 12 mins off the gas flame and when it becomes cool remove the mould.
  • 14. Cut the mould in round shape like wheel and the delicious sweets are ready .
