Ingredients For Chole Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash soaked chole . Add salt and water three times more . Pressure cook until it becomes soft .
  • 2. Take a mixing jar add onion, tomato , chilli and ginger garlic. Blend it to make smooth paste .
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok . Add onion paste in it . Roast it on low heat . When it releases oil add all the spices. Add 1 tbsp water . Mix it .
  • 4. Now add boiled chole with water as per consistency you required.
  • 5. Add kasuri methi . Boil it for 4-5 minutes. Chole should be mix with masala .
