How to make Choux paste(éclairs, profiteroles and swan ) Recipe

In a heavy bottomed pan add water, butter, sugar and salt. Boil it

When the water starts bubbling up add flour and mix well
3.
Keep on mixing till the dough is formed and it starts to leave the sides of the pan

Then remove the mixture from the flame.
5.
Slowly add eggs by mixing the mixture continuously until you get the right consistency. Pour the batter in the piping bag and shape it on the baking tray
6.
Bake it at 180 Deg C for 30-35 minutes (bake it till the churr sound is over)

For pastry Cream:- In a bowl add water, flour, egg yolks and mix it well
8.
Take a heavy bottomed pan add sugar, vanilla essence and butter in it.
9.
Boil then slowly add the egg yolk mixture to it and keep on stirring until it gets thick consistency.
10.
Remove it from the pan and cool it down.
11.
Once both the things are done layer the éclairs, profiteroles and swan pastry with pastry cream and top it up with the melted chocolate.
12.
Choux paste(éclairs, profiteroles and swan ) is ready to serve.
