Churro is a deep snack. It's Spanish originated and now loved worldwide. churros are typically fried until they become crunchy and then are sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon. This sweet is eaten by dipping it in chocolate sauce. It's made using eggs but I have made an eggless version of it.
You need to modulate the heat while frying. Initially heat should be low, gradually increase the flame.
