Methods
  • 1. Mix baking powder, sugar and baking soda with flour
  • 2. Mix lemon juice with milk and keep it for 10 minutes
  • 3. Mix butter and cinnamon powder with sugar
  • 4. Now knead the dough with milk and melted butter. I kept it covered for 10 minutes
  • 5. After 10 minutes knead well and roll the bread into squares
  • 6. Add the sugar mixture on the bread
  • 7. Wrap it in the form of an envelope
  • 8. Cut it into equal size pieces
  • 9. Leave the upper part a little and cut the remaining part lengthwise twice. In the form of a braid, I folded the two ends downwards
  • 10. Spread salt in a non-stick pan and heat it on a stand for 10 minutes with a lid
  • 11. Take a plate and I brushed refined oil and arranged the rolls and put them on the stand and covered them
  • 12. Bake my cinnamon rolls for exactly 18 minutes. Brushed the butter
  • 13. Since it has sugar in it, I served it with chutney. Hopefully everyone will like this combination of sweet and sour flavors
