Ingredients For CORN CASHEWNUTS IDLI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil all the corns in a pressure cooker mixing with water.
  • 2. Crush all the cashewnuts and keep it side.
  • 3. Take the idly mix powder in a big bowl and add salt, crushed casewnut and boiled corns.
  • 4. Add water and mix all these nicely and make a batter.
  • 5. Heat a idly maker and brush each idly plate and pour this idly batter in it.
  • 6. Then cover the lid of the idly maker and allow it to boil where water is there inside
  • 7. When the steam is coming outside through the holes of the idly maker, remove it from the gas.
  • 8. In the mean time for the chutney, Make a paste of tomato, onion, garlic and green chili .
  • 9. Then heat a pan and add oil and pour the tomato paste and add salt and sugar and little water.
  • 10. Boil it for some time and then the tomato chutney is ready to serve.
  • 11. Now the idly maker becomes cool, then remove the lid and take outside the idly stand.
  • 12. Now take out all the idly and these amazing delicious recipe, CORN CASHEWNUTS IDLY.
