Ingredients For Corn cheese masala sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, Heat Butter in a pan. Add Onion fry till they turn pink and translucent.
  • 2. Add tomato, boiled corn , Capsicum and cook for 10 mins by covering the pan with lid. Stir occasionally.
  • 3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix them and cook for a minute. Then add pizza sauce, tomato sauce, mix them well and cook for couple of minutes.
  • 4. Add oregano, grated cheese, Paneer cubes mix them and cook till cheese start melting. Corn Cheese masala sandwich stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Pre heat sandwich toaster, take 2 loft of bread and add xtra cheese masala in the bread, apply melted butter on both the sides and roast them in the toaster.
  • 6. Take out toasted sandwich from the toaster, cut in, sprinkle grated cheese and serve corn cheese masala sandwich is ready.
