1.
1.First take boiled corn or frozen corn blend to coarse paste without adding any water. Then transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl. Also add boiled and mashed potato.

Additionally add onion, capsicum, green chilli and ginger paste,add all the spices and salt. Also add ¼ cup bread crumbs. or crumble fresh bread.

Add in 1 tbsp roasted besan / gram flour and coriander leaves mint leaves, add 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp of whole boiled corn and crushed black pepper,also add lemon juice.
4.
Combine everything well ,make bullet shaped kebabs by greasing hand with oil and use wooden strews.
5.
Deep fry till it becomes golden brown keeping on low flame.
6.
Tasty kebabs are ready to eat serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
