Ingredients For Corn Palak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and blanched the spinach. Let it cool. Blend it coarsely.
  • 2. In a mixture jar add tomato and green chilli. Blend it. Make puree.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a wok. Add cumin, cinnamon and bay leaf. Saute.
  • 4. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute it on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Add tomato puree , turmeric powder and salt. Mix it. Roast it till it released ghee. Add sweet corns. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 6. Add ground palak and garam masala. Mix it well. Add water to adjust consistency.
  • 7. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve with naan/ roti/ Paratha.
