Creamy Penne Stuffed Wheat Momos Recipe

Boil the pasta with salt and oil Drain out the water and toss the pasta with vinegar oregano salt black pepper chilli flakes Turn off the heat and mix mayonnaise with the stirred pasta. Keep aside Make a semi hard dough with flour salt hot water .knead it well . Take out small pieces and make roundals . Put the stuffing in between and seal the edges with water. Steam the momos one each side on medium flame for 15 mins . Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce.

  • 4. Knead a semi hard dough of wheat flour hot water and salt.
  • 5. Make even roundals. Apply oil on one side.
  • 6. Put the stuffing and seal the edges.
  • 7. Steam each side for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  • 8. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce.
