Ingredients For Crispy Corn Bhajiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add boiled corn, rice flour, gram flour, onion, ginger-green chili, salt, cumin powder, Coriander leaves, red chili powder and 1 tsp oil.
  • 2. Mix well and add sufficient water for make thick batter.
  • 3. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Drop small sized bhajiya in oil and fry on medium heat. Fry till golden brown in color and remove from oil. Keep it in tissue paper.
  • 4. Make all bhajiya like this. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
